Job summary

EMPOWER LEARNING INC in Eagan, MN seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide focused therapy for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and help clients acquire essential life skills while collaborating with a clinical team.

This in-person role offers both full-time and part-time options, with a supportive environment and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Work directly with individuals to provide behavioral therapy and support.
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking.
