Ducklings Early Learning Center in West Chester, PA is seeking a warm, energetic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will assist the lead teacher in planning activities for toddlers and help maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.
• Prior experience with toddlers or young children in childcare.
• Ability to obtain PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
