Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in administration, operations, logistics, bookkeeping, event coordination, executive assistance, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with expenses, invoices, payments, receipts, and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, checklists, schedules, reports, and organized records.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with vendors, venues, employees, and business partners.
  • Willingness to assist hands-on with trade show packing, preparation, and logistics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities and special projects as business needs evolve.
