Job summary

Nokia is seeking an ASIC Operations Engineer to improve production efficiency and yield, collaborating with design teams and OSAT partners to deliver high-quality ASIC products on schedule.

You will analyze test data, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, work with foundries, and help optimize wafer utilization through close coordination with process, equipment, and design engineers.

Qualifications

  • BS in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related semiconductor field.
  • Proficiency in statistical data analysis and automated test equipment (ATE) logs.
  • Experience with Wafer Grind and Dice, SQL, and SAP.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, fabless supply chains, and wafer sort/final test protocols.

  • Partner with physical design teams pre-tapeout to review layouts for maximizing wafer utilization.
  • Create and maintain specifications, process documentation, and best-known methods.
