Qualifications

• 40 hours/week minimum and 12 week internship maximum.
• Relocate to where the internship is based.
• Bachelor's degree with expected conferral between Oct 2027 – Dec 2030.

Responsibilities

• Participate in logic design, verification and post-silicon validation as part of Amazon custom silicon solutions.
• Work with physical design teams to achieve performance and area requirements.
• Develop understanding of end customer requirements, including software applications and SoC architecture.
• Develop and execute design automation mechanisms and flows.
