Draper, a nonprofit R&D company, invites applications for an ASIC Design Intern in the Silicon Architecture group at the Cambridge, MA site. You will contribute to IC designs from concept to delivery, working with analog and digital designers to optimize trades across domains.

The role demands enrollment in an accredited degree program, strong communication, math, and time-management skills, and familiarity with IC design tools. On-site work with team collaboration is required.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in an accredited full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Proficiency with Cadence or equivalent IC design tools (e.g. Virtuoso, Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus).
• Familiarity with SystemVerilog, Verilog-AMS, MATLAB/Simulink is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and enhancement engineering solutions for challenging problems.
• Implement, test, perform analysis, and provide documentation support.
• Generate and present test reports including plots, tables, evaluation criteria, and conclusions.
