Qualifications

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced casino setting.

Responsibilities

Prepares a variety of eggs, meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking in multiple stations.
Ensures quality according to standard portion sizes, methods, and recipes.
Complies with all kitchen rules, policies, and HACCP guidelines.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station; follows food safety standards.
Assists in other kitchen areas and with banquets or off-site events as needed.
Opens and closes kitchen following established checklists; works nights, weekends, holidays.
