Job Summary:
Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking an energetic Asian Marketing Executive Casino Host to join our growing Player Development team. This role specializes in relationship marketing, with a focus on Asian clientele. The ideal candidate will be a result driven sales professional and responsible for creating meaningful and memorable experiences for our best customers, retain existing customers, develop and drive new customers to the property and work to exceed both external customers and property expectations.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain meaningful relationships with targeted Asian VIP guests and market Catawba Two Kings Casino gaming products and amenities.
· Increase the growth of gaming revenue through development of a targeted customer base.
· Meet and exceed required financial targets, benchmarks, and measurable objectives.
· Review guest’s accounts, arrange accommodations, and provide complimentary offers and services in accordance with established comp guidelines.
· Greet guests in person in the casino during their visit to the property.
· Issue Player’s Club cards and promote the Loyalty program and related promotions.
· Research, update, and organize personal player information to ensure accurate and proper communication.
· Effectively manage customer complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
· Provide special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events, and Player’s Club programs based on individual guest’s level of play.
· Tele-market to active and inactive guests by phone. Utilize direct mail, text, email, and phone to further develop brand loyalty and increase visitation.
· Maintain up to date knowledge of all slot and table products, player tracking systems, promotions, events, and general property information.
· Record and maintain guests’ interests and preferences in the property’s CRM system.
· Maintain up to date knowledge of competitor’s promotions, offers, and Loyalty programs.
· Safeguard the confidential nature of all departmental and company records.
· Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by escalating situations appropriately as they arise.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory practices.
· Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission and Catawba Indian Nation Gaming Authority departmental policies and procedures.
· Preform other duties as assigned
· High school diploma or GED, preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Marketing, preferred
· Five (5) years in an Asian Marketing, Player Development, gaming operations, or table games capacity; preferred
· Have an existing book of qualified Asian VIP level players
· Fluently speaks, reads, and writes English, and Mandarin and/or Vietnamese and/or Cantonese.
· Previous telemarketing skills, preferred.
· Previous sales skills, preferred.
· Experience with CRM system, preferred.
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
· Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
