What You’ll Be Doing

As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding Holafly’s global presence through meaningful and results-driven influencer collaborations. Your focus will be on building and managing strong agency relationships, leading influencer campaigns end-to-end, and adapting strategies across dynamic and fast-changing markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow influencer partnerships across multiple regions and platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management: from briefing and negotiation to execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Establish and scale relationships with influencer marketing agencies to amplify campaign reach and performance.
  • Ensure flexibility and adaptability in strategies to respond to evolving market priorities and changes.
  • Use performance data to assess the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and make recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Content, Brand, Local Marketing Teams) to align influencer activities with broader business goals.
  • Track influencer budgets and ensure campaigns stay within agreed limits while delivering against key KPIs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and influencer best practices to continuously improve our approach.
What We’re Looking For

Nice to Have
  • Experience in the travel, tech, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Experience managing performance-based influencer campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer campaign management tools (e.g., Upfluence, CreatorIQ, Traackr, Creator, etc.).
