Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily production of high quality foods.

• Flexibility with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily production of fresh high quality foods for hundreds of international airline guests and manage food production flow to avoid delays.
• Monitor portion sizes and waste control to minimize loss.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within the Asian cuisine specialty.
• Supervise production processes to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Ensure products meet meal specifications and uphold the utmost quality standards.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations per the handbook.
