Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking and labeling, assisting with inventory, and maintaining store presentation and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Enthusiasm for Asian beauty industry and willingness to learn about products and trends.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team oriented with friendly, energetic personality.
• Problem solving abilities and adaptability to customer and inventory needs.
• Basic math for cash handling and inventory counts.
• Adheres to company policies and safety standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Standing, walking, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and deliver a friendly, professional shopping experience.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products using in-depth knowledge.

• Handle transactions accurately with POS and Kiokii Loyalty Program.
• Maintain stock through labeling, pricing, and shelf presentation.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and store setup.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support inventory counts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
