Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is opening a new store in Bloomington and seeks a Stock Associate to manage inventory and support store operations. You will receive, organize, and stock products, assist customers, and help with opening/setup tasks.

This role suits detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and basic math skills are essential. Prior retail or warehouse experience is preferred, and you must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse preferred.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with friendly, energetic attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability to inventory needs.
• Basic math skills for counts and loss prevention support.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to bend, stoop and reach shelves.
• Comfortable with moderate noise, bright lighting, or temperature changes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
• Organize products on shelves and storage areas.
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Label, price, and present products per store standards.
• Keep stockrooms clean and safe.
• Assist customers by locating products.
• Support timely replenishment on the sales floor.
• Assist with store opening and setup.
• Perform ad-hoc duties.
