Nexperia is seeking a Corporate Commercial Marketing Manager for Asia to bridge strategy and execution, driving profitability through pricing models and cross-functional leadership in semiconductor markets.

You will lead regional negotiations, govern pricing, and improve end-to-end workflows while collaborating with Finance, Sales and Product Management to align regional goals and capture growth opportunities in Asia.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of proven success in Marketing, Sales Ops, or Pricing—specifically within the semiconductor or electronic distribution sectors.
• Deep fluency in semiconductor business processes and the Asian distribution landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitability through pricing optimization and market share growth.
• Develop data-driven pricing models and simulations.
• Define strategic directions for non-pricing commercial levers.
• Architect reporting frameworks for commercial marketing and quoting centers.
• Lead regional RFQ negotiations with OEM/EMS partners in Asia.
• Ensure pricing governance across BGs and GSM.
• Streamline end-to-end pricing and quoting workflows.
• Maintain data integrity in OEM pricing and customer data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Product Management to resolve price discrepancies.
• Monitor competitor movements and market trends.
