Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, FAE/CAS or Sales.
• Strong influencing skills with technical and management stakeholders.
• Experience with international, cross-functional teams; results-driven and autonomous.

Responsabilités

• Regional marketing of Power solutions in Greater China, focusing on AI Data Center (AIDC) applications.
• Develop and execute regional marketing strategy and business plans to drive revenue growth, demand creation and Design-In/Design-Win.
• Engage with key customers and ecosystem partners to identify and win new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Lines, Sales and Application Engineering to develop competitive system solutions and value propositions for target AIDC applications.
• Provide market intelligence and support product go-to-market plans; assist regional business planning and forecasting.
