Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking an experienced Restaurant Bartender to craft beverages and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a bustling Midtown setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of upscale bartending experience, strong cocktail knowledge, and a service‑oriented attitude to greet guests warmly and create memorable moments at the bar.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale bar or restaurant.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine; follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
• Recommend cocktails, wine, or pairings based on guest interests.
• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, including glassware and supplies.
• Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and culinary teams for smooth operations.
