Job summary

E-Therapy in Marshall, MI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our onsite team for the 26/27 school year. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a ASAP start.

You will provide comprehensive SLP services to PreK-12 students, including assessment, therapy planning, direct services, IEP collaboration, progress documentation, and participation in meetings. MI SLP license and ASHA certification required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support classroom goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions to promote development.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and related information timely.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language needs.
