Job summary

At E-Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our on-site team serving PreK-12 students in the Marshall, MI area.

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide direct therapy across articulation, language, and AAC needs, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience working with K-12 students in schools or pediatric settings.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide direct therapy for articulation, language, and AAC needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and education teams to support goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document sessions and participate in IEP meetings.
