Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our onsite team in Marshall, MI for the 26/27 school year. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech-language services to PreK-12 students, implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with educators and families.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, maintain accurate documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and adhere to MI licensure and ASHA standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid MI SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current ASHA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals.
• Provide direct therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
