Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: greet visitors and guide through furniture and decor collections.
• Assist clients with room layout, finishes, fabrics, and custom furniture specs.
• Close transactions: process deposits and coordinate delivery or pickup details.
• Maintain a clean, styled showroom with labeled displays and price tags.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and nurture repeat business.
• Track floor inventory and relay customer feedback to management.
• Maintain product knowledge on materials, finishes, warranty, and care.
