Mor Furniture is seeking a Sales Associate/Showroom role to greet guests, understand needs, and guide selections across furniture lines. You’ll explain features, financing, and design options while maintaining a welcoming showroom environment.

Responsibilities include handling orders, financing paperwork, and meeting sales goals. The team works to deliver a great customer experience and foster a supportive workplace with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Communication skills: read, analyze, and interpret documents; respond to inquiries or complaints; present information clearly.
• Technical skills: work with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Problem-solving: identify and resolve problems; gather and analyze information; propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders including financing/POS paperwork.
• Maintain showroom displays, keep models clean and presentation-ready.
• Set and pursue personal and team sales goals.
• Coach teammates in delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties to support showroom and team.
