Job summary

NCBiotech in Wilson, NC is seeking a Bio Process Operations Technician (2nd shift) to join the Maintenance & Operations team on a start-up vaccine manufacturing facility. You will support aseptic manufacturing, including primary filling, inspection, packaging, CIP/SIP, and equipment disinfection, ensuring GMP compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a GMP manufacturing facility (aseptic GMP environment strongly preferred).
• Ability to gown and work in an aseptic environment.
• Experience with computerized and automated systems.
• Willing to work irregular hours to support multi-shift operation on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations and facility disinfection.
• Set up and perform aseptic vaccine manufacturing including primary filling, inspection, packaging, CIP/SIP.
• Identify potential equipment problems and troubleshoot with maintenance technicians.
• Complete documentation in electronic batch records and logs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and data integrity in line with cGMP and SOPs.
