Job summary

Socket.dev in Wilson, NC is seeking a Bio Process Operations Technician (2nd shift) to join the Maintenance & Operations team for a start-up vaccine manufacturing facility. You will perform aseptic primary filling, inspection, packaging, CIP/SIP and support room disinfection and material flow, while upholding EHS and GMP compliance.

You will document in electronic batch records, monitor cleanliness, escalate quality or safety issues, and collaborate with maintenance and operations to improve

Qualifications

• 0-1 year GMP manufacturing experience (aseptic preferred).
• Able to gown and work in an aseptic environment.
• Work independently and in a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with computerized and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations and facility disinfection.
• Aseptic filling, inspection, packaging, CIP/SIP within qualified parameters.
• Troubleshoot process, electronic systems, and equipment; escalate as needed.
• Document in electronic batch records and SOPs; maintain 5S and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Maintenance & Operations to improve reliability and reduce waste.
