Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Production Training Instructor for FFEx Expansions in Clayton, NC. The role focuses on delivering on-the-job, skills, and some classroom training across aseptic production and packaging areas.

You will help develop and implement new training programs, and you may introduce new processes for manufacturing areas. Audits measure training effectiveness and training may be updated after process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Two years of experience administering or developing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee training and job competencies.
• Ensure new employees are adequately trained before release to work independently.
• Ongoing validation of employee competencies and retraining as needed.
• Coordinate with production managers on training plan execution and priorities.
• Weekly planning to ensure resources for cycle plan.
• Document training materials in QMS and file records correctly.
• Track and report KPI's for training programs.
• Communicate training status to management.
• Keep department documents current and standardized.
