Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Must be able to read operating procedures and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a production label machine following procedures and guidelines.
• Use labeling equipment to select, position, and secure machines for different bottle sizes.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Understand and operate all machine controls and safety devices.
• Perform and document quality checks and required records.
• Perform label changes and document per SOPs.
• Adjust glue, brushes, and label baskets for changing applications.
• Clean labeler and parts; clear jams and re-time machine.
• Monitor bottle flow from cooler to landing/packaging; adjust rails.
• Conduct changeovers for new bottle sizes and adjust/setup with supervision.
