Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an Aseptic Filler Operator on D-Shift (6:00pm–6:30am). The role ensures fill-line operation, product quality, and safety compliance in a fast-paced beverage production environment.

You will perform changeovers, monitor CIP/Kosher/Organic processes, maintain data records, and support equipment maintenance while upholding SQF standards and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment.
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented and can multi-task.
• Must have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Move juice from run tank to the filler and maintain temperature control charts.
• Operate the filler to optimize production-line run time.
• Monitor bottle flow, clear jams, and notify maintenance of malfunctions.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform preventive maintenance.
• Set up equipment, adjust recipes, and respond to alarms.
• Record data on charts and logs and ensure QA and food safety standards.
