Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Production Machine Operator for C-Shift to run downstream equipment and ensure product quality on schedule. You will operate the OCME packer, labeler, and palletizer, while following safety procedures and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, loading labels, data entry in Sherlock, monitoring performance, and initiating corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator.
• Experience in the food/beverage industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate downstream equipment such as the OCME packer, labeler, and palletizer.
• Load labels and verify label application and data entry in Sherlock.
• Monitor machine performance and quality, adjust as needed to meet specs.
• Follow start-up/shut-down procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
