Responsibilities

• Operate the Processor and Filler on a specific line.
• Check systems, processing and filling equipment and verify hookups.
• Sterilize system and equipment as required.
• Monitor and report data on charts and logs.
• Keep accurate records of line activity and production events.
• Assist other operators and line personnel as needed.
• Abide by state and company procedures for each process operation.
• May perform quality tests and package integrity checks.
• Maintain housekeeping in filler and process areas at all times.
• Pull samples as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
