Job summary

Country Pure Foods is seeking a Filler Operator in Stockton, CA to run and monitor filling equipment for juice and applesauce packaging. Ensure accurate fill weights, proper sealing, and compliance with quality and food safety standards. You will help maintain production flow and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include line setup, machine adjustments, line changeovers, and real-time documentation. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on-site, and follow GMP/HACCP procedures.

Qualifications

• Operate, monitor, and adjust filling line equipment.
• Complete and understand line sheets and SOPs.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate filling machines, cappers, case packers, and related line equipment.
• Ensure containers are filled to correct weights/volumes and meet specs.
• Verify packaging materials are correct and in use.
• Perform line changeovers and minor adjustments to filling heads and conveyors.
• Record production and quality checks in real time.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety guidelines.
