Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an MD Fill (Aseptic Gown) operator for the B1 shift (6am-6:30pm, Thu/Fri/Sat & every other Wed). Responsibilities include supporting cGMP manufacturing, using LIMS/SAP for data collection, and assisting in maintaining aseptic conditions in the production facility.

The role involves gowning, PPE adherence, and precise documentation. Prior aseptic experience and willingness to perform sanitation tasks are preferred. Training provided to align withAbbVie's standards.

Qualifications

• Aseptic experience preferred.
• Aseptic PPE experience preferred.
• Good hand writing is a plus and helps documentation.

Responsibilities

• Shipping finished materials.
• Maintaining inventory levels.
• Sampling in-process and raw materials.
• Operating glass washer/autoclave.
• Buffer/media preparation.
• Equipment preparation (CIP/SIP).
• Cell culture from vial thaw to production scale.
• Column chromatography and Tangential flow filtration.
• Follow clean room entry/exit procedures.
• Wear aseptic gowning and PPE correctly at all times.
