AbbVie Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Technician I for MD Fill - B2 night shift (6pm–6:30am: Wed–Fri & every other Saturday) in Texas. The role involves aseptic gowning, cGMP biologics manufacturing, and operating with LIMS, SAP, and control systems to maintain quality.

Responsibilities include aseptic gown certification, shipping, inventory, sampling, cell culture, filtration, and meticulous documentation while adhering to clean room protocols.

Qualifications

• Must become aseptic gown certified.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years experience; Associates with 1+ year; Bachelor’s with 0+ year.
• Aseptic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shipping finished materials.
• Maintaining inventory levels.
• Sampling of in-process and raw materials.
• Cell culture from vial thaw to production scale.
• Tangential flow filtration.
• Wear aseptic gown during 8 hr shift.
• Follow clean room entry/exit procedures.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
