Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an operator for cGMP manufacturing in our biologics production facility. Work includes setup, calibration, rework, quality testing, and using LIMS, SAP, and automated systems to adjust processes and collect data.

Responsible for manufacturing parts, components, and final materials under supervision. The role covers shipping, inventory, sampling, and running autoclave, CIP/SIP, and cell culture processes, with a shift pattern on MD Fill (Aseptic Gown) B1: 6am–6:30pm Thu/Fri/Sat

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma with 2+ years experience or higher education.
• Associates degree in science with 1+ year experience or Bachelor's with 0+ year experience.
• Follows company policies and completes routine tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Shipping finished materials.
• Maintaining inventory levels.
• Sampling of in-process and raw materials.
• Running glass washer / autoclave.
• Buffer / media preparation.
• Equipment preparation (CIP / SIP).
• Cell culture (from vial thaw to production scale).
• Column chromatography.
• Tangential flow filtration.
