Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I for the night shift to support autologous cell therapy manufacturing.

You’ll participate in suite preparation, material transfer, environmental monitoring, BSC runner duties, final product inspection and cryopreservation. This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–1 year GMP experience, English proficiency, and comfort working in a GMP cleanroom.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
0–1 year of GMP manufacturing operations experience preferred.
Must be able to read, write and understand English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to perform arithmetic including fractions, decimals and percentages.
Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and GDP is a plus.

Mansioni

Understand and proficiently execute GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes.
Complete training and maintain training documentation.
Adhere to GMP, SOPs and GDP; maintain quality documentation.
Preps: materials stocking/transfer, kit prep, room readiness, equipment cleaning, and inventory transactions.
Hallway: material transfer, tumor receipt, chain of custody, material incubation, LN2 handling, final product inspection and cryopreservation.
BSCR: perform BSC runner duties, weight checks, pumps, sealers, incubator use.
EM: environmental monitoring and documentation using electronic systems.
Attend Tier 1 meetings and escalate issues; work in team and in a fast-paced environment.
