Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking an Aseptic Filling Operator I in Greenville, SC. The role involves controlling the filling line, setting up production, and ensuring aseptic conditions in line with SOPs and batch records.

The operator will monitor the process, document issues, and support sanitation and CIP/SIP as needed. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of manufacturing experience or an advanced degree; aseptic/clean room experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 2 years Manufacturing experience or advanced education degree (2 or 4 year).
• Previous aseptic/clean room manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong reading and math comprehension; excellent written & verbal communication; attention to detail; problem-solving ability; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up lines for start of production and select correct components for use.
• Operates equipment to aseptically fill product containers and monitors the process; performs routine inspections.
• Completes all process documentation and communicates to appropriate personnel.
• Manages Components to Support Production.
• Maintains area in orderly and sterile state by removing culls, documenting inspection, and performing disinfection activities as directed; other duties include CIP/SIP.
• Prep and repack (Pkg. Area). Process improvement project work.
