Bausch + Lomb in Greenville, SC is seeking an Aseptic Filling Operator I to control the filling line, set up parameters, purge, and run production according to SOPs, aseptic technique, BOM, and Batch Records.

You will monitor the filling process, document issues, and inform personnel of mechanical, electrical, and quality concerns, while maintaining a sterile APA area and supporting CIP/SIP duties as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years manufacturing experience or advanced education degree (2 or 4 year).
• Aseptic/clean room manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong reading and math comprehension; excellent communication; detail-oriented; team player.

Aufgaben

• Set up lines for start of production and select correct components for use.
• Operate equipment to aseptically fill product containers and continually monitor the process.
• Complete all process documentation and communicate to appropriate personnel.
• Manage Components to Support Production.
• Maintain area in orderly and sterile state by removing culls, documenting inspection of the work area, and performing disinfection activities as directed.
• Prep and repack (Pkg. Area). Process improvement project work.
