Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Greenville, SC is hiring for a role responsible for controlling the filling line, setting up components, and running aseptic filling processes in a cleanroom environment.

You will monitor the process, document issues, perform line changeovers, and assist with CIP/SIP and Gamma unload. Associate degree in maintenance or equivalent experience preferred; 3rd shift Sun-Thu 10:30 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in maintenance or 10 years maintenance exp with HS diploma preferred.
• Strong reading and math comprehension.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail; able to work in a team and solve problems.
• Computer skills including MS Outlook & Excel; navigate web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Set up lines for start of production and select correct components.
• Operate equipment to fill product containers aseptically and monitor the process.
• Complete process documentation and communicate with colleagues.
• Perform line change-over, equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain sterile area and perform disinfection; assist with CIP/SIP and Gamma unload.
