Qualifications

• Associate degree in maintenance preferred or 10+ years of maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing, production equipment, maintenance, or automated process experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow SOPs, batch records, and technical documentation.
• Strong math and reading comprehension.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up filling lines for production runs and verify components and equipment.
• Perform parameter setup, purge activities, and start-up procedures.
• Operate aseptic filling equipment to fill sterile solutions.
• Monitor process performance and ensure product quality and aseptic compliance.
• Identify deviations, adjust machines, and respond to alarms.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and support line changeovers.
• Maintain batch records, equipment logs, and production reports.
• Support cleaning, sterilization, and documentation activities.
