Job summary

SunOpta is hiring an Operations Filler Operator I - Team A in Allentown, PA to operate aseptic filling equipment and support systems. You will perform CIP, sanitation, quality checks, and shift handoffs while maintaining safety and GMP compliance.

The role requires forklift certification, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule. A high school diploma and 2 years food manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.
• Background and drug screening will be conducted.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills are needed.
• Desire to succeed and good work ethic required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High energy, self-starter, and able to work with little administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Operate aseptic filling equipment and supporting systems.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and perform CIP tasks.
• Monitor and fix faults, clear jams, and run quality checks.
• Ensure shift handoffs and communication with team members.
• Assist maintenance and support technicians as needed.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures and wear PPE.
