Job summary

SINNOVATEK SERVICES LLC is hiring a Filler Operator for all shifts at our Middlesex, NC facility. The role focuses on aseptic filling lines, maintaining KPI targets, and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP standards.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to sustain production efficiency and product safety. The ideal candidate will have high school education, English proficiency, and forklift certification within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and food safety requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and maintain KPIs.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions in English.
• Forklift and aerial platform certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain aseptic filling equipment, batching, and packing equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot underperforming equipment and implement improvements.
• Maintain regulatory, customer, and internal paperwork.
• Support PMs with engineering for proper PM frequency and maintenance.
• Ensure correct packaging materials and monitor packaging integrity and weight checks.
• Perform sanitation, allergen monitoring, and QA data recording.
• Follow LOTO and 5S standards; adhere to GMPs and safety guidelines.
• Lift up to 15 pounds and work across multiple shifts.
