Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required. Bioworks Certification preferred.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a GMP environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment in biologics filling environments.
• Gowning in Class A/B protocols for cleanrooms.
• Operate fill equipment and related support systems (rinser/tunnel, VAM, sealer).
• Perform SIP/PBC operations and filter integrity testing.
• Prepare chemical solutions and maintain production records with real-time documentation.
• Handle materials and perform glass inspection activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas; follow safety rules.
• Operate transport equipment and monitor computer control systems (SCADA/Andover).
