Job summary

Grifols in Clayton, NC is seeking an entry level Technician I for aseptic fill operations in a GMP environment, supporting plasma-derived product production.

You will clean, disassemble, reassemble equipment, assist with process controls, and document in real time, while maintaining logs and following safety rules.

The shift is 2nd, Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 11 PM, with potential overtime and weekend coverage as needed; must lift up to 50 pounds and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bioworks Certification preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing aseptic environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment in biologics processing for plasma-derived products.
• Perform cleaning, sanitization, and documentation per procedures.
• Operate fill equipment such as rinser/tunnel, VAM, and over sealer.
• Maintain logs and real-time documentation; follow safety rules.
• Move materials with carts and light handling of components.
• Follow SOPs and participate in housekeeping and compliance.
