Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an entry-level Aseptic Filling Technician I/II for second shift in Clayton, NC. The role involves cleaning and maintaining the GMP work area, disassembling/reassembling equipment, and supporting production with real-time documentation.

Expect gowning for clean rooms, and operating fill equipment within a biologics setting. The candidate will contribute to material handling, glass inspection, and sanitization tasks, with a focus on sterility and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires good math and mechanical aptitude with ability to work in aseptic environment.
• Production work experience in high-volume manufacturing is desired.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and endure continuous standing, walking, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment in a biologics processing environment for plasma-derived pharmaceuticals.
• Gowning qualified for facility cleaning of fill suites.
• Operate support fill equipment and load carts with vials or syringes.
• Perform SIP/PBC operations and filter integrity testing.
• Prepare chemical solutions for production use and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping in production areas.
• Document production run data in real time (BPR) and logs.
• Monitor and operate computer control systems (SCADA, Andover).
