Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company, seeks an Aseptic Filling Technician II to join our biologics processing team. You will help set up equipment, run aseptic filling operations, and document production steps in real time to support quality output.

The role requires gowning qualifications, basic math/mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training covers SCADA/Andover, GMP procedures, and record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of regulated industry (FDA, USDA, NRC) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited college/university with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Completion of the Bioworks Certification Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties described at the Technician level.
• Fill room qualified with the ability to setup and operate fill equipment independently in an aseptic environment.
• Operate final container lyophilization, heat treatment, pasteurization, and cold box.
• Operate filter integrity tester.
• Maintain aseptic gowning qualification and media fill certification.
