Homeland Talent Solutions is partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturing organization to hire a Manufacturing Supervisor – Filling for its Spokane, WA manufacturing operation.

The Manufacturing Supervisor will provide frontline leadership within an aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, overseeing filling operations, production execution, employee performance, quality compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is not required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/regulated environment experience.
• Demonstrated leadership as supervisor or team lead.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead frontline employees and promote accountability.
• Commitment to cGMP, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP/QMS platforms (e.g., SAP, TrackWise, MasterControl).
• Experience leading shifts and onboarding/training of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day filling operations.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule production.
• Maintain presence on the production floor and reinforce standards.
• Oversee staffing, materials, equipment, and documentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate results to leadership.
• Review and approve batch records and logbooks.
• Lead deviation investigations, root-cause analyses, and CAPA.
• Coach and develop frontline employees and support training.
