Job summary

Homeland Talent Solutions partners with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer to hire a Manufacturing Supervisor – Formulation for the Spokane, WA operation. This role leads formulation activities in a cGMP setting, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution on the production floor.

The supervisor will develop staff, manage priorities, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Engineering and Validation teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as a supervisor or team lead is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• Ability to lead frontline employees and drive accountability in a production environment is preferred.
• Commitment to cGMP compliance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor and reinforce standards and safety.
• Oversee production readiness including staffing, materials, equipment status, and documentation accuracy.
• Monitor production performance and KPIs to meet targets.
• Own functional KPIs and report performance and improvement plans to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, aseptic standards, environmental monitoring, and safety procedures.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation such as batch records and logbooks.
• Lead deviation investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop frontline employees through feedback, training and development planning.
