Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC seeks a reliable team member to operate and clean aseptic filling equipment, ensuring safe operation and high production uptime. You will follow GMP guidelines, assist with cleaning, and perform basic chemical concentration tests.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, read and write English, follow instructions, and maintain accurate records. High school diploma preferred; certification may be required during employment; pay is $28.28/hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean aseptic filling equipment safely.

Job description

Maintain safe and efficient operation of filler equipment while maximizing production up-time, minimizing shrink, and maintaining quality.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform safe and effective set up, operation, and cleaning of the aseptic filling equipment
• Conduct the sterilization and manual washing of machine components
• Perform routine basic chemical concentration tests
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and contact maintenance when necessary
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
