Job summary

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years in pharma manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOPs. This is a hands-on role with shift flexibility and safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharma or medical devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to weigh and measure raw materials and operate basic benchtop instruments.
• Follow written instructions and SOPs; good verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented, mechanically inclined, honest and cooperative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work habits and follow PCI safety procedures.
• Prepare solutions, aseptic filling, labeling of vials under sterile/non-sterile conditions.
• Operate aseptic filling and lyophilization equipment in cleanrooms.
• Assist in formulation, sanitizing, and equipment preparation for production.
• Document batch records, logbooks, and production documentation accurately.
• Escalate events deviating from normal operation; participate in investigations.
