Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Associate for cell therapy operations in Summit West, NJ. You will support routine manufacturing, ensure GMP compliance, and work in a cleanroom environment across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; higher degrees preferred.
• Basic understanding of cGMP and FDA guidance is beneficial.
• 0–1 years in cGMP cell therapy manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute Cell Therapy Manufacturing operations compliantly
• Execute operations per SOPs, WIs, batch records, forms
• Maintain safety and quality, report safety events promptly
• Document activities contemporaneously per governing documents
• Train for process systems and supporting business systems
• Operate in cleanroom environment and aseptic processing
• Verify training before performing GxP tasks
• Author SOPs that are technically sound and compliant with cGMP
