Job summary

Ilocatum in Indianapolis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive aseptic bottling and packaging experience to lead reliability and efficiency projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing) required.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience in a production facility with emphasis on OEE and process improvements.
• Hands-on leader with project management experience.
• Experience in a food-grade environment (FDA, GMP, HACCP) with high-speed packaging equipment.
• Proficiency in automation controls and CAD tools (PLC, DCS, etc.).
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on reliability and machine efficiency improvement, root cause analysis, safety and maintenance effectiveness.
• Acquire and analyze data to implement cost reductions and capacity increases in manufacturing.
• Train junior engineers and cross-functional teams in a collaborative fashion.
