The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, basic troubleshooting, and teamwork, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed. Shift is 2nd (2:30PM–11:00PM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, must be over 18 years or age
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or high‑speed packaging preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Comfortable using computers and production systems (SAP a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work overtime or extended hours when needed
• Safety‑focused, dependable, and team‑oriented

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility
• Set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep work area clean and organized
• Be part of a fast‑paced production team focused on safety, quality and teamwork
