Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Production Operator for its Byesville, Ohio facility, part of the Beverage division, to operate and monitor packaging and production equipment in a fast-paced aseptic environment.

You will set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep the area clean and organized as part of a collaborative team producing high-quality products daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or related experience preferred.
• Chemical handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic math and problem‑solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Pallet jack or forklift experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator in Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing, you'll join a fast‑paced, high‑tech production team where safety, quality, and teamwork matter. As a Production Operator, you'll run and monitor packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility-keeping lines moving efficiently while meeting Kerry's high standards.

You’ll set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep your work area clean and organized. This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes working with machines, solving problems, and being part of a team that produces high‑quality products every day.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.
• Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or related experience preferred.
• Chemical handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic math and problem‑solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Pallet jack or forklift experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented..
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

What We Offer

The pay rate for this position is $19.34 per hour.

Shift Hours 10:30PM-7AM, Sunday Night - Friday Morning with Overtime Available.
